Great day for bloggers and subscribers alike yesterday, with Ana Ivanovic securing her place in the Australian Open tennis final, where she will meet Maria Sharapova.
Ivanovic did it the hard way, by losing the opening eight (!) games and showed terrific spirit to come back from that position. She will have to be out of the blocks a bit quicker in the final, I will take a look at that, a little nearer the time, as we are staring at a massive payout on the Serbian.
I also put two football selections on the email (a third was abandoned) and both coasted to very comfortable wins. So we all have something to feel pleased about this morning.
In addition to looking at the tennis , I plan to cover some football on the blog today, so please check back later.
