Labor Day long weekend in the US, so we are only at day 3 of this event, which finishes tomorrow.
RICH BEEM - AARON BADDELEY
Beem is a former major winner, who loses his exemption this year and I think that has just sunk in and he has rediscovered his touch in recent weeks, including a 7th place finish in the Barclays, last week. His stats look very nice, he shot a fine 66 yesterday, despite having little luck with the putter . So heaven help the rest, if it all clicks today ! Baddeley is a tough competitor, but often let's his concentration slip in round 3, where he has averaged a stroke or so more than Beem, over the last two seasons. Remember also, that those figures have been compiled whilst our selection was not at his best, which he most certainly is, at present.
