PLYMOUTH ARGYLE - COVENTRY CITY

As predicted, Micky Adams paid the price for Coventry's poor run of form and was dismissed last week. 8 games without a win and 22 goals conceded, tells it's own story.

The Sky Blues make the long trip to Plymouth tonight, with a handful of injuries and looking very short of quality in defence, Ward and Cameron will be especially missed.

The back four are likely to be in for a torrid time from the Pilgrims, who are suddenly spoilt for choice up front.

Argyle boss Ian Holloway, has been very active in the transfer window, adding 3 strikers to his squad, Kevin Gallen (QPR) and Scott Sinclair (Chelsea) a very promising youngster, who has already made his Blues debut, have joined on loan. Holloway has broken the Plymouth transfer record ,to sign Rory Fallon from Swansea.

They have also taken Hungarian International, Peter Halmosi, on loan from Debrecen, the midfielder was very close to joining Celtic last season and is out to impress. He will be looking to set up chances for the strikers, who are vying for a starting place alongside top scorer, Barry Hayles.

A win infront of the TV cameras, will take the hosts to within 4 points of a play-off place and they should be up to the task.

3 points Plymouth -1/2 ball 1.97 Betfair.

Good Luck.
