TENNIS UPDATE ....

A quick, small bet on the tennis, Eleni Daniilidou looks a player to oppose at the moment. Her stats in a first round loss to Aiko Nakamura, at the Australian Open, were terrible, 13 double faults and 13 break points in just 8 service games, winning only 7% of points, on her second serve. She is up and down at the best of times, but I would have to see some vast improvement, before recommending her at present.

Her opponent, Frenchwoman, Emilie Loit, put up some good stats in her second round, 3 set loss to Hantuchova in the Grand Slam event and had previously made the quarters in Auckland. She has some good results here, especially last year, when winning the doubles event and taking Mary Pierce to 2 tie breaks in the singles quarter-finals.

She looks a fair bet, at the odds on offer.

2.5 points Loit to beat Daniilidou 1.93 Betfair.

Back later with one more football selection.
