So, they can ill afford any mistakes tonight, when they host Drogheda United. especially as they were held to a draw by Bohemians at the weekend, despite dominating the proceedings.
The visitors are without a win in 4 and the squad is very stretched, United will be without 4-5 players and travel more in hope than expectation.
The Candystripes ( Derry) ran out very easy winners, when these two met in the Cup back in July, notching 4 unanswered goals. Strong at home (5-4-1), I will be surprised if they do not collect the points.
