MANCHESTER CITY- SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY

This will be very quick, I will be back later tonight, with my thoughts on day 3 at the Australian Open tennis, please check back.

Wednesday have sold their full allocation of tickets for this game and are taking 6,000 supporters to Manchester.

I have a lot of time for Owls fans, hear a lot about so called well supported clubs, but few would have retained the fan base they have, after so many years in the "wilderness" and they always travel in large numbers.

Think this Sky televised game will be close. City do not score many, only 3 of their 11 home games have been "over" and they have only scored more than one goal once, in nine starts. Stuart Pearce has said that victory is "crucial" and they seem likely to approach the game very cautiously.

Brian Laws has revitalised the visitors since his arrival and they arrive full of confidence. They have been involved in a few high scoring games recently, but most of those goals have come late in games.

Both teams "draw" the first half, of a little over 50% of their matches and I expect these two to go in level at the break tonight and feel that this is attractively priced on the exchanges.

2.5 points half time draw Manchester City - Sheffield Wednesday 2.46 + Betdaq/ Betfair.

Good Luck.

I KNOW !

It was my fault too, had to leave the room briefly and they scored ... should have waited for half time.
