SHREWSBURY TOWN- BRISTOL ROVERS

Johnstone's Paint Trophy continues tonight, weather permitting and I was very tempted by Rovers in this game.

They have had an extra day's rest, having played on Friday night and with the MASSIVE incentive, of a potential two legged area final against Bristol's other club, should they progress. Having not met in a competitive match for 5 years, these games would be HUGE !

However, the pitch at Gay Meadow is in a dreadful state, it really cut up on Saturday and has had several drenching's since. With some rain forecast later, this could be played in a bog.

Rovers play a very tight game anyway and these two are "under" in 5 of their last 6 meetings, given the conditions, that looks the way to go.

3 points Shrewsbury-Bristol Rovers "under" 2.5 goals 1.76 Betfair// 1.75 Expekt // 1.73 Stan James ........... 1.72 + is acceptable.

Back shortly.

Good Luck.
