DENMARK .........
.... look a class above Iceland and should take the spoils tonight.
This is a case of big brother / little brother, Iceland was ruled by the Danish king until 1944.
With Spain and Sweden in their group, both sides will be looking for the 3 points. Iceland had a 3-0 away win, at Northern Ireland on Saturday, but that result said more about how poor the Irish were, they were awful.
Denmark prepared with a 4-2 friendly win over Portugal and look to have plenty of attacking options and pace. They were very disappointed to miss out on the World Cup finals and are determined not to fall short this time. They have a fantastic h2h record in competitive games and are a confident selection.
5 points Denmark 1.71 Betfair.
I will be back with a short post at 17.00 cet.
Good Luck.
