FRENCH LIGUE 1 .....

This will be a very quick look, at two of tonight's Ligue 1 matches.

First up, surprise package Lorient, who sit just 3 points off Marseille in 4th place, following promotion last season. Instead of the predicted season of struggle, they are well clear of the drop zone and with 4 of their next 6 starts at home, victory over Toulouse, could leave them dreaming of a European spot.

They have lost just once in 6 matches, that loss coming last week, 1-0 at runaway leaders Lyon, in a game where they could easily have gained a share of the spoils. Lorient will be boosted by the return of Sylvain Marchal from suspension. Toulouse are not so lucky, with Aubey, Fort and Chevfa all likely to miss out. Home win.

It is hard to desert Paul le Guen's PSG side, he has transformed them since his arrival in the capital and they managed an away UEFA Cup win at AEK Athens in midweek, despite resting 5 key players.

Pauleta, Gallardo, Armand , Rothen and Rozehnal are all expected to return today, fresh and ready to go.

This should give them a real advantage over hosts, Nancy, who fielded a full strength team for the more arduous journey to the Ukraine and do not have the options available to the visitors, with 5 long term injuries. Expect the miserly PSG rearguard to shut up shop early and look for a goal on the break. They should not return to Paris empty handed.

4 points Lorient -1/4 ball 1.90 asian line.
4 points PSG +1/4 ball 1.80 asian line.

Good Luck.
