It's hard to keep a good man .... or blog .... down...

... and we bounced back strongly yesterday.

Only Cowdenbeath let us down, where the Stranraer keeper made a string of inspired saves, but
PSG, Leeds, Parma and the half time draw in Sochaux, all obliged.

In addition, Nadia Petrova made the final in Amelia Island, where she meets Tatiana Golovin and our selection is, as predicted, a short priced favourite.

Tiger Woods sits just one stroke behind leader Stuart Appleby and is now top priced at 1.93. Jim Furyk never got anything going yesterday, like almost everyone else, but he remains in a tie for 8th place and still in contention for our desired, top 10 finish.

I may return to the golf later, but will start with the football, where we have plenty of top class matches from around Europe. The first selection will be online @ circa 11.30 cet.

Please check back.
