I feel that we will see the real Liverpool today, on a ground and against an opponent, where they have a wonderful record. Winning all 6 meetings, including a 4-0 win last season, all goals coming before the break. Wigan are, of course, still without Heskey and last week at Reading, conceded a host of chances , it is no exaggeration to say that they could have been 4 down fairly early on. There is pressure on Benitez to start Torres today, not sure that he will, but think it is academic. His side are unbeaten and have not conceded a goal in over 7 hours, nor a goal from open play all season ! I have been told that the change in referee here is very significant, but do not wish to say any more on that !
