DUTCH CUP ......

Twente Enschede-NEC Nijmegen

These two met in the league just 10 days ago, with the home side running out very comfortable 4-0 winners. Only a series of wonder saves by visiting goalkeeper, Gabor Babos, prevented further humiliation.

Twente are in excellent shape, are 4th in the table and looking to get into the Champions League playoffs. Strong at home, where they are 5-1-0 and averaging, just on 3 goals per game.

NEC are a little toothless up front, only bottom club Sparta have scored fewer, on the road they have concede at a rate of 2.4 each match, certainly not a good combination.

It might not be so easy this time round, but all the positive memories are with the home team and they should progress to the next round.

Both sides are likely to name very similar line ups to the first meeting and appear to be approaching the game with the correct attitude.

Twente : Sander Boschker, Luke Wilkshire, Robbie Wielaert, Ramon Zomer, Jeroen Heubach, Wout Brama, Otman Bakkal, Orlando Engelaar, Kennedy Bakircioglu, Blaisse N'Kufo, Sharbel Touma.

N.E.C. : Gábor Babos; Muslu Nalbantoglu, Peter Wisgerhof, Jonas Olsson ( Patrick Pothuizen), Youssef El-Akchaoui; Edgar Barreto, Saïd Boutahar, Ferne Snoyl; Romano Denneboom, Andrzej Niedzielan, Brett Holman.
