IF BROMMAPOJKARNA- BK HACKEN

Tonight sees the first leg of the Swedish playoff to decide who competes in Allsvenskan next season, the return leg will take place on Sunday.

BP are not ready for and maybe do not want to be in, the premier division. They are a small club, known for a fantastic youth policy, seemingly happy to develop players for bigger clubs.

Their ground is tiny and not up to Allsvenskan standard, today's match will be played at Hammarby's stadium and their coach has even talked about being happy with a draw and going for it in the return leg !

They seemed to have promotion in their hands, but let it slip, collecting only 7 pts from the last 6 matches. Even on the last day, a win at home to Trelleborg, who were already Champions, would have taken them up, but they lost.

I wonder how committed they really are to the "cause", in Italy there are many rumours of teams happy to stay in Serie B, they cannot afford promotion and do not want to play in "C". Maybe this is something similar, no evidence of that, just that they seem a little short of hunger.

Hacken have fought hard to preserve their Allsvenskan status, following a terrible start, they have lost only once in 7 starts, against Degerfors, that run helped them avoid automatic relegation and they come here, ready to complete the job.

They have far more quality in the squad than BP and much better things were expected of them this season.

History strongly favours the Allsvenkan team, only once in the past decade have a Superettan team prevailed. The draw is a bit of a concern, so think giving up a 1/4 ball on the asian handicap is the way to go, a stalemate will mean we only lose half the stake.

I will be back a little later.

4 points Hacken -1/4 ball asian line 1.90/.

Good Luck.
