Without Baros and Koller, CR will play with Lokvenc as the lone striker and support him with a five man midfield full of quality. The risk is , that this is where ALL Ghana's strength lies, Muntari, Essien and Appiah form a dynamic and physical combination and the two teams may cancel each other out.
The african team created very little against Italy, they were restricted to long range efforts, mostly from the midfielders. I can see this being a very tactical affair and think it will be hard for Ghana to score, Czech Republic may have to be patient and hope the goals come eventually. They do not want to get into a physical battle as they can ill afford any more injuries.
Think we should take the half time draw, the 2.46 on offer seems more than fair.
