VIKING-BRANN
Last round in Norwegian Tippeligaen and plenty to play for, but not for Brann, who are destined to finsh second, regardless of what happens today.
Despite their high finish, this seems a club in crisis, maybe that is too harsh a word, but they certainly have problems. Looking likely champions for much of this season, they threw away a huge lead and virtually handed the title on a plate to Rosenborg, earning a point a game less in the second half of the season.
Several players are unhappy, Winters and Miller have openly stated that they want to leave the club. Sports Manager and fans favourite, Per Ove Ludvigsen, left the club in midweek, angry that the coach had been given a contract extension.
Last week they were outplayed by HamKam, although they eventually won 2-1. Miller, Hanstveit and team captain Martin Andresen, a pivotal player, are all missing today.
Viking need to win and hope other results go their way, to preserve their top teir status.H2h it is 3-3-0 in the last six meetings, current form is hard to split, both have won 3 from 6, but motivation is firmly with the home team and should be the deciding factor. Asian line has tumbled to 1.72 but there is still a full point bigger on the exchanges.
4 points Viking -1/2 ball 1.82 betfair.
Good Luck.
