I think Mark Wright has now got ......

.... his own players in at Chester City and they could have a very good season.

Only two players from last years squad started in the 2-0 home win over league newcomers, Accrington Stanley, on Saturday. As a former central defender of note, it is no surprise that he has the defence looking very solid.

Spaniard Roberto Martinez seems to have been given the playmaker role and looks very classy at this level. Wright has a group of players with experience of playing at a higher level. City's record signing, striker, Gregg Blundell, is one of the few to remain from last season, his season was marred by injury and he will be looking to prove his worth, this time round. Having come off the bench to score at the weekend, he will hope to start tonight.

They make the short trip to Gigg Lane to play Bury , who lost to 10 men MK Dons in their opener. Matches between the two are often close, 3 of the most recent meetings and 6 of the last 7, have finished all square. That is the minimum I think Chester will earn tonight and think they are a very good bet +1/4 goal on the asian handicap.

Sorry that this write up is a little short, wanted to say something about Bury, but have run out of time, apologies.

4 points Chester City +1/4 1.94 asian line.

Good Luck.
