Looking through some stats ......

....... last night for the opening two rounds in Division 1, I came upon two amazing pieces of information. Not going to put these up as selections, but you may find it useful when considering your own bets.

First up Swansea, they have had a MASSIVE 41 shots on goal, considering they are winless and no other side has had more than 31, we must consider that they have been a little unlucky.

They travel to Oldham today, both teams have injuries, but the Swans, with their strength in depth, should be better able to cope. In midweek they were reduced to 10 men after just 16 minutes, yet still managed to come from behind and snatch a point at Scunthorpe.Which says much for their team spirit.

Boss Kenny Jackett has got a very good squad at his disposal, they will not be far away at the business end of the season.

Secondly, Brentford who have a 100% record, their off season problems are already well documented here. In two starts they have managed just TWO shots on target, both were goals and each earned the 3 points.

Having been outplayed for long periods in both games, they could be pointless, yet they have six. Swansea could have six , they have one, it is a fine line between success and failure, but luck evens out in the long run.

The Bees travel to Brighton today, who also have a 100% and face their first real test.

Back later with another two selections, to go with the two posted yesterday. Yesterday Karlsruhe won 4-0 and Wigan Warriors actually won 20-18, so coasted home with a 12 point start.

Good Luck.
