Foxes on the move .....

Leicester city started their pre season with a 4-1 win at Boston last week.

Tonight they visit Macclesfield to face another Division 2 opponent. City are approaching this weeks fixtures in a very professional manner, having travelled north on Monday for a 5 day stay, they also meet Stockport on Friday. After a light training session this morning, they are currently resting ahead of the match.

Coach Robert Kelly has got a strong squad of players together, made some good off season signings and anything less than a concerted promotion push, will be seen as failure this season.

He certainly has the players undivided attention, having left Sylla, de Vries and Hamill out of the Boston game, Kelly declined to add them to the large squad taken to the training camp. They are surplus to requirements and the other players are aware they must be on their toes, to avoid suffering a similar fate.

Macclesfield have lost a couple of key players over the summer and the coach has claimed that tonight has little meaning for him. Of course, he is right to an extent, it is a friendly after all, however, I feel the Foxes are in better shape and a class apart. Think they will win, in what will be sweltering conditions ( over 30 degrees in Macc .. bet the locals are melting) and suggest a small interest.

See that the Sheriff price has collapsed, as I write, -1 is down to 1.58, hope you got on earlier.

3 points Leicester City -3/4 1.90 asian line.

Good Luck.
