Rangers won 4-0 and although Kris Boyd scored, which ensured a profit, he missed a penalty at 0-0, which was disappointing. Elsewhere, Peterbrough laboured to a 1-0 win at Hornchurch, but that half stake loser, is the only one of the six matches (from ten previewed) that have started, not to have won, with the other five all winning comfortably.
In addition to which, the mighty Bees eased home 3-1 at Havant, in awful footballing conditions .... finally, a win for my beloved Brentford on television !
