BUNDESLIGA ..........

VFB STUTTGART - BAYERN MUNICH

It is hard not to be impressed by Bayern at present, they are 15 games unbeaten, including six Champions League starts and are scoring for fun, with two or more in their last seven starts, eleven times in twelve, only falling short away at Fiorentina, where they drew 1-1 but had 18 attempts at goal and 55% possession. They will be ultra keen to get the three points that might well give them the "Winter Title", if Hoffenheim slip up at home to Schalke tomorrow. That would really set up the second half of the season for the German giants and I suspect boss Jurgen Klinsmann, who grew up in Stuttgart, will not lack motivation returning to his home town. He is without star player Franck Ribery, who has been on fire in recent weeks and he will be missed, but the Munich superclub will be boosted by the return of Ze Roberto, Lucio and Altintop. Hosts are without the suspended Arthur Boka and injured Ludovic Magnin.

5 points Bayern Munich -1/2 ball 2.20 asian line.

Back later.
