LEEDS UNITED - PLYMOUTH ARGYLE

Argyle have now put in two dire performances in a row and have major motivational problems at present, as we discussed in midweek.

I am not sure if they stayed in the North all week, if they did remain after the heavy loss to Burnley, that would have saved a lot of travelling, but they would have been away from their families for an extended period, following straight on from an overseas club trip, try explaining that one to the wife/girlfriend.

If they returned to Plymouth and back up yesterday in holiday traffic, or even if they flew, this seems equally as bad and stressful.

United now look to have their fate in their own hands and could be out of the drop zone tonight, if collecting the 3 points. Their total of 8 home wins is not too bad for a bottom 3 side and they will be boosted by the return of Alan Thompson this afternoon.

The Leeds squad, at least on paper, is stronger than most in the Championship, let alone the clubs at the wong end of the table. They have found some form and the crowd have responded, with Elland Road set to have the "sold out" signs up.

Dennis Wise has the team , finally, heading in the right direction and will be looking to build on their 4 match unbeaten run, especially ahead of a difficult looking trip to Colchester on Monday.

5.5 points Leeds United -1/4 ball asian line 1.78 ( KO 16.00 cet). result won 2-1 +4.29 pts

Good Luck.
