IT'S A LONG WAY TO BURNLEY ..........

..... from Plymouth and Argyle, with little motivation, might be the ideal opponents for the hosts to stop the rot.

It is hard to see how things have gone so wrong for Burnley, they have a strong looking squad with a touch of class and at times, look quite good, but they just cannot win !

However, with some very tough looking games against, Birmingham, Cardiff, WBA and Sunderland, just around the corner, they are far from safe and need a win, sooner rather than later.

Since their cup run ended Plymouth have been going through the motion's at times, I will take Burnley, but it is unlikely to be pretty.

In Division 1, Shrewsbury look good to see off Bury, who might have one eye on a big derby game at the weekend and are missing two key players. A win for the home team will take them back into the play-off zone and above Wycombe, who they meet next, swiftly followed by promotion chasing, MK Dons.

Shrewsbury lost a close game to Swindon at the weekend, this was their first defeat since Boxing Day and they have looked good in a 14 match unbeaten run. Home win.

4 points Burnley 2.30 -1/2 ball general quote. won 4-0 + 5.2 points

5 points Shrewsbury -1/2 ball 1.70 Betfair. lost 3-1 - 5 pts

Good Luck.
