PREMIER LEAGUE .....

FULHAM - BLACKBURN ROVERS

I suspect that Fulham might struggle to get "up" for this game, they had a big cup tie with Manchester United at the weekend and were left chasing shadows for much of the game. That was the third game running that they have failed to score and their earlier air of invincibility at Craven Cottage, is now a distant memory. Rovers arrive in fairly good heart, their only loss in five came at Old Trafford and they were robbed that day, several missed chances a spurned "good" penalty appeal and losing to a winner from Ronaldo, who should not have still been on the pitch, just about sums the action up, from a Blackburn point of view.

They would climb out of the drop zone with a point and can take heart from a fine record in this part of west London, with just a single defeat in six visits. Rovers do have a few injury concerns, but are hopeful that Roque Santa Cruz will pass a late test and that one of the two main goalkeepers will be fit to start. To be honest, I am not overly concerned about either of these situations, the visitors have several striking options and even the third choice keeper has had good recent experience at Leicester on loan and that is worst case scenario.

Sam Allardyce's team visit Arsenal at the weekend and still have to travel to Anfield and Stamford Bridge, so failure to get a result tonight, could leave them in big trouble. They are probably meeting Fulham at the perfect time and I do not anticipate them going home empty handed.

5.5 points Blackburn Rovers +1/4 ball 1.98 asian line.

Good Luck.
