I was very impressed with Lens last week in the 2-1 win at Metz, the margin of victory could easily have been greater and it bears repeating, that their opponents had performed very well in the run up to the game. There is little pressure on the home team now, they are almost guaranteed to return to Ligue 1 and a win tonight will give them a 12 point lead over the fourth placed club, they can play their natural game and that should be plenty good enough.
They should have far too much for the visitors who have only managed six away goals all season, but have got on the scoresheet recently on the road, despite continuing to lose. That might well be the case again this evening, Ligue 2 matches are becoming increasingly open and every single team one of the eighteen teams in action, scored over the weekend .
